Sorry for the late reply, but are you still running into problems with Edge Dev Windows management working correctly?
If you are, can you please take a screenshot of how it's snapping or just stuck in minimized mode.
I would recommend trying out Edge Canary also to see if you are running into the same Window placement problems.
