Edge-dev 95.0.997.1 consistently fails to launch since Systemd upgrade

I'm having the same issue, however Edge will run after I kill Latte-dock.

KDE Neon User Edition 5.22.5, Frameworks 5.85.0, Qt 5.15.3, Kernel 5.11.0-34-generic (64-bit), X11
