Edge color space changes after opening

Upon opening Edge, the color space changes after a delay (~10 seconds). I have included two clips below.

I am able to reproduce this with three different GPUs - RX 580, 980Ti, HD530. Affects Stable through Canary.

Edit: System color management reports the display is sRGB and is the default. Photoshop detects the Working Profile is sRGB. For some reason Edge changes to D65. Using Force color profile with flags rectifies the issue.
