Clear on exit (cookies)

Hello   What is this option for ?     If I add a site, for example test.com or [*.]test.com If I close Edge and reopen it, the list is empty and cookies are not deleted   Thanks

Well keep trying every new version until it works, send browser feedback on each new version that still has this cookies problem

    It still does not work
    And the new option to add cookies that won't be deleted when closed, doesn't work either
