Edge (chromium) causes BSOD (WHEA Unrcorrectable error)

When I try to start MS Edge I get a BSOD whit the error WHEA Uncorrectable error.

I am running W10-Pro Retail version 21H1 (19043-1081)

System and all drivers are up to date.

MB bios is up to date

Everything else seems to be ok, except Edge.

My box is:

MB MSI MEG Z390ACE
CPU Intel i9 9900KS @5GHz
Memory 4x Corsair CMK16GX4M2K4000C19, XMP 4 GHz, with a total of 32GB
Grafics Radeon RX590 8GB
PSU Corsair RM1000X
HBA LSI SAS2 2800 FALCON (LSI 9211-8I I believe) with 5 SATA-discs as a storage pool
System disc WSD500G3X0C M2-SSD on PCIe (4 lanes)
One more SATA-Disc and a DVD-writer on MB Sata-channel .

So far I have:

MEMtest86 4 loops ok.

Prime95 in test-mode for an hour or so.

Various Grafic benchmarks/test tools.

None of the above reports any error.

I have enabled Driververifier, it does not trap the BSOD.

No crashdump is generated despite minidump is selected.

Either It halts on the BSOD-screen, at 0%

Or it reboots directly only showing the BSOD-screen for a second or so.

I have installed Chrome, it behaves ok, FF behaves ok.

I have tried to start Edge with no extensions, the result is still the same crash

I havent tried edge in safe-mode though.
