Edge Canary red line

Does anyone have a clue what this new red line is for or the purpose?

Dev on top and Canary on bottom:

Dev - Version 140.0.3421.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

Canary - Version 140.0.3430.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)

Might be because I use a color on Edge, so title bar isn't black.
