Edge canary keeps sending push notifications for a survey but nothing happens

I've been getting this push notification from Edge canary since the past few days, when I click on it nothing happens. anyone else experiencing this?

    I have gotten that a few times since I reset edge a few times. What happens to me when I click it is a popup that asks you to give edge a rating and give some comments then it opens a page that says thank you for your feedback
