Edge Canary freezes

Hello   Since some version of Canary, on pages consuming resources (more than 800MB for example), Canary freezes for a few moments and returns to normal It also does if I open a new tab sometimes ...

    Say it a couple of more times maybe it will be fixed sooner.

    this is like spamming. if everyone did this when they posted a topic about a problem and it wasn't fixed in each canary version, the forum would be dead.

      I post about once a week, to let the staff know that the problem is still there

      And if by chance the problem is solved by someone

       

      This really very annoying bug has appeared in a new version, MS should be able to fix it in 1 version

      Afterwards, if we would have "MS feedback" on the feedback we do, there would be no need to post over and over again, to know where the progress is

        tistou Hey, Tistou! Apologies on the delay here. I've seen other reports of users seeing these issues when they have their Windows proxy settings set to "Automatically detect settings". If you are on Windows 10, can you open your Settings, do a search in that window for "Proxy", and then turn off "Automatically detect settings" if it's turned on? If that doesn't work for you, yesterday's Canary release addresses some of these processes adding up and you should see improvements. Let me know how this goes!
