- OUMAH1840Copper ContributorYes, I was using the Dev version and encountered this crazy error. However, everything was fine just yesterday, so it should be due to an automatic update. The solution was surprisingly simple: disabling uBlock. Currently, it's unclear whether the issue is caused by an update to uBlock or an update to Edge affecting uBlock. Initially, I disabled all browser extensions, but this didn't solve the problem. It was only when I disabled uBlock individually that the issue was resolved. Uh...yes, it's very strange.
- volcbsCopper ContributorI just received the error message after updating to 128.0.2739.1, and yeah, I changed it to ublock lite and it works now.
- lexcynSteel ContributorI can confirm this is happening to me on the same Dev build now.
- lafe-pbCopper ContributorThe issue is now in the Dev build (128.0.2739.1) as well. I really question the purpose of the canary and dev build if issues are fixed in the canary build but are allowed to persist in the dev build...
- RaptorCZBrass ContributorSeems to be another "disable uBlock" problem. I really want to know if it is so hard to implement "rollback and skip update" as Windows Insider has.
- Mauxx_GGRCopper ContributorIn my case, I had to disable the adblockers (all), this doesn't happen with other branchs (dev, stable).
