Yes, I was using the Dev version and encountered this crazy error. However, everything was fine just yesterday, so it should be due to an automatic update. The solution was surprisingly simple: disabling uBlock. Currently, it's unclear whether the issue is caused by an update to uBlock or an update to Edge affecting uBlock. Initially, I disabled all browser extensions, but this didn't solve the problem. It was only when I disabled uBlock individually that the issue was resolved. Uh...yes, it's very strange.

I just received the error message after updating to 128.0.2739.1, and yeah, I changed it to ublock lite and it works now.

Just want to let anyone know that v128.0.2739.5 fixed the problem.

volcbs Same for me. Thanks to everyone involved on the Edge team for publishing this update!

I can confirm this is happening to me on the same Dev build now.

Paul_H_UK interesting, so hopefully the Dev build will be fixed soon. I am on 128.0.2739.1 and still experiencing the same issue.

The issue is now in the Dev build (128.0.2739.1) as well. I really question the purpose of the canary and dev build if issues are fixed in the canary build but are allowed to persist in the dev build...

Seems to be another "disable uBlock" problem. I really want to know if it is so hard to implement "rollback and skip update" as Windows Insider has.

the last time it crashed after few minutes after startup i ended downloading one previous build from telegram group and extracted on another directory next to current build and worked fine.

In my case, I had to disable the adblockers (all), this doesn't happen with other branchs (dev, stable).
