Edge Canary 123.0.2376.0 issues to watch on Paramount+ streaming service.
It's possible that the Canary version of Edge is experiencing some compatibility issues with Paramount+ that haven't been resolved yet. Canary builds are often less stable since they are meant for testing new features and updates.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve or work around the issue:
Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve streaming issues.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data.
Disable Extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with streaming services. Try disabling your extensions and see if that resolves the issue.
- Go to Settings > Extensions and turn off all extensions.
Check for Updates: Make sure you are using the latest version of the Canary build. Edge Canary updates frequently, so there might be a fix in a newer version.
- Go to Settings > About Microsoft Edge to check for updates.
Use a Different Browser: If the issue persists, consider using the GA (General Availability) version of Edge, which you mentioned works fine, or another browser like Chrome or Firefox for streaming on Paramount+.
Report the Issue: Since Canary builds are meant for testing, it might be helpful to report the issue to Microsoft so they can address it in future updates.
- Go to Settings and more (the three dots) > Help and feedback > Send feedback.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it might be best to use the GA version of Edge or another stable browser for streaming on Paramount+ until the Canary build is updated with a fix. plus, you can download the video that you want to watch offline. https://www.leawo.org/entips/how-to-download-shows-on-paramount-plus-1428.html?utm_source=techcommunity.microsoft.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=download_shows_on_paramount_plus_1428
