EDGE Browser always shows sign-in ( pick an account box) for SSO

Hi Team,

we are trying to configure SSO in EDGE. However, it always shows sign-in page (pick an account box) whenever we launch EDGE browser. This is happening in Windows 8.1, but not with Windows 10.
