Edge Browser - Top portion is unclickable

Same question on my mac too.
Sometimes when I exit all the sidebar apps via context menu, one-by-one, then the problem get temporarily resolved for a moment. But in most cases I have to exit the whole browser, which is frustrating!!!!

So far the only workaround I've found was taking the cursor, drag it to the top edge of screen to toggle the menu, and move it. That temporarily fixes it.
