Edge bar unavailable

The Edge bar is unavailable on my laptops as print below:
How can I use the edge bar?

I'm wondering if you see the option to launch the Edge bar in the ellipsis menu. To check, click on the ellipsis(...) top right > More tools > Launch Edge bar. If you can't launch it from there, you may have a conflict with one of your extensions. I recommend disabling them and testing again. Enter edge://extensions/ in the address bar to do this.Ok, thanks.
But I disabled the other extensions and do not work the edge bar but I don't know the why.- Me too. Microsoft probably had regional reasons.
