Edge 140.0.3485.81 "crash" Excel run in non-interactive mode

No idea what's going on there.
Edge versions before 140.0.3485.81  without a problem with Excel non interactive mode, now with .81 it doesn't work anymore.

i have a PowerShell Script that use the Excel COM-Object, it check Server Parameters and save this infos to a .xlsx file.

Now with .81  Excel not save the file and the Sheduled Task remains in status is Running. The Script write also a TXT-File. In this i can see, that all servers check.

Then i have restore the system (OS Windows Server 2025) with BackUp this monday, now with .66 the script work without a problem! 

I update .66 --> .81, try the script again and i have the problem again. :-)

I try the same things in our Testdomain with a Windows Server 2016, Excel and myPowerShell Script.
with .66 no problems

with .81 Eexcel not save the file.
