Edge - embedded videos randomly restart while playing.

On both a Windows 10 desktop PC (Dell) and a Windows 11 laptop (Surface), I find that when playing embedded videos (such as in the Microsoft Start msn.com news feed) in both Edge standard and Edge Dev, the videos will restart at random points. Very annoying.

Anyone else have this issue? Any fixes?
