Easy Search

Understand this is being said because someone, here, wanted to open Edge C & start typing to search. Since the cursor is in the address/search box upon opening (the browser window) the ability, already, exists.  The box is, indeed, both for sites & or for searches.   But, that said...

There are 2 other quick ways to do the same using the OS and not needing the browser opened 1st.

Hit Win and start typing to search
Click the Search icon and start typing to search

And hit enter after each, same as would if done in the browser.

Don't forget the OS... between the browser and the OS there are various ways to efficiently & productively search & or navigate (surf).

And, yes, it is a given that many may, already, be aware of things that are mentioned.  Cannot always be avoided.
