Each dragged link triggers a new tab, help?

Finally, I found the answer – it's an idiotic change, done by desing:

"According to the above, (Chrome) developers have decided that URL's/hyperlinks dragged from one tab (web page) onto another tab/window in a new tab should open a new tab rather than navigating to it in the tab it was dragged to."
Here's an add-on to disable it:
