Dropped frames in YouTube videos not encoded at 60 FPS
I've noticed that Edge is dropping frames seemingly randomly on any YouTube video that is not encoded at 60 FPS.
I tested a 4K 50 FPS video.
Playing the 4K 50 FPS video in Edge results in 54 dropped frames.
Firefox had 0 dropped frames.
This can be repeated on any video that is not encoded in 60 FPS and will result in Edge dropping frames.
This is using the regular release version of Edge 96 on Windows 11 pro x64
