Drop is frozen after posting video

I like Drop and I used it several times, but then things went sour when I tried to post a 70MB video file.  Drop is now locked up on my desktop machine.  I thought that deleting the Drop folder in OneDrive would kick it back into life, but nope.  Now it always looks like this (and has no active buttons or other controls):
