Drag feature for sidebar

Please allow us to drag and drop links in the sidebar to arrange its order. I use multiple applications on the sidebar and keep adding new ones, but organising them is difficult. I have to remove and then add according to our order. Please add so that we can drag and change the positions of links in the sidebar.
