Drag and drop to reorder bookmarks

Maybe I am missing something but I cannot drag and drop bookmarks either in the dropdown menu from the bookmarks bar, or from the ctrl-shift-o page. I can sort the bookmarks and edit or delete them. Running edge on Fedora 35
