Downloads Page Not Showing Active Download (CSV downloads are what I noticed first) (M1 macOS)

Currently running Version 112.0.1722.48 (Official build) (arm64).

I'm not sure if this has been reported yet but I'm just making sure someone sees it. I believe it began in version 112.
