Downloads don't open from list in latest Edge Stable
More specifically the Downloads popup with the files list. None of the files there open with a single click, I need to either click multiple times or click a few times on the small text "Open file"
Tested on a PC and laptop, both running latest versions of W11 and Edge
I asked other people and they have confirmed it's indeed an issue with them too.

- Please fix this. Issue is still present.
- I'm seeing the same thing. Most of the time it's just 2 clicks, but sometimes it can be 3, 4, 5 clicks. I wonder if there's some download processing/scanning going on behind the scenes that isn't visible to the user, and the file will only open when it's done. It's annoying, though.
