Downloads dialog box paints partially off the screen after a download completes

This has been happening for a while now (multiple Macs) latest DEV and CANARY builds...

 

After downloading a file, the downloads dialog box pops up, but is not fully visible 

If I manually open up the Downloads dialog it is aligned properly

    Happening here as well. Windows 10 20H2, Edge Dev 91.0.838.3. The first time I click on the Open button, nothing happens, except the Open and Cancel buttons disappear. If I scroll the drop down window so that the button is visible again, clicking Open works as expected.

    Thanks for reporting this. We thought we'd fixed this a few months ago, but we still seem to have a bug. We're investigating this now.

      William Devereux Even all flyouts includig history, bookmark, download and pageInfo take a long to load where they should be instaneously visible. Please fix this too.
