Downloading file remains in "scanning" state
With Edge 77.0.211.2 I navigated to https://visualvm.github.io to download 1.4.3 and it will show scanning in the downloads, but never finish. I hadn't tried with previous versions.
When I close Edge browser and cancel download, the Edge process remains with children and cannot be launched again until the process is killed.
