Download "open" option is not working

I'm not able to reproduce this in current Canary builds; what version number are you seeing this in?
josh_bodner Thank you for the reply, but I have found the solution. It was a problem with the %temp% folder having no permission setting for any user for some reason. It works normally once I set new permissions.
