Double URL Address Bar for the latest split screen +/or Customization Location & Addon/icon relocate

*edited* added an additional photo below to help get better idea, sorry, if it a little sloppy, if I have the time, I try to get a more professional demo or prototype image done, it should be straightforward tho.

Not the best drawing or my best, but wanted to suggest this while it was fresh in my mind and had some time to draw it out the best I could, I'll try to do a better painting next time, but it may be worth some positive considerations to be implemented in the next push hopefully.
So, what you are looking at, in that photo above, is straightforward, allowing the user to move the URL Address bar to both sides as a togglable option. Mainly, I took the greatest effort of mine that was enough find a proper place to leave this message, I'm new here, but used windows for more than 20 years and lately I've been getting frustrated with the option of not being able to move and customize the URL Address Bar in full fury, why well I love the extenions and lot of them, having to use one like "NooBoss" to toggle usages of extension is annoying due to the fact it does take resources, some applications will use your default browser and the extension/addons come along with the program sometimes which can cause serious problems and unwanted situations and more. Extensions/Addons with Notification icons that show or light up when some event happened are nice, but to many off them can cause the URL Address Bar to shrink to a size where you can't even fit the full url of Microsoft into it (depending if u have 1080p or less and sometimes 2k) due to screensizes restrictions. Then there a limit of how many extension can fit there, over bloating or over addons.... can't pin them all anymore and have a limit and I have to choose the ones that that don't make the pin cut... Honestly, I would personally love it where I can toggle a setting switch and move all the Icons of Addons/features/extensions/,ect.... and have them all lined up on the bottom of the screen and additional sidebar that is scrollable on the left of right, it just getting use to thats all and as a setting option for those who like less space, or have the addons ect, right below the bookmarks or right above it but under the URL Address Bar. I hope this make sence and how I can only imagine that some of you know exactly what I'm talking about, but just havn't got there yet, GitHub review and revisions, I get it... I just know this is something I've been looking for in every browser including edge, but no better place to start this pleading 🙏 then here. I hope to see windows 10/11 on day on pcjs.org, if they can get a win95 on the web emulated then i'm sure anything is possible and this request is too. Feel free to jump in or inform me of the long forsaken current reason why no or why it can't be done or shouldn't or hasn't or just heads up or simple feedback, anything would be appreciated. Just I baffled as to why it hasn't been implemented yet, I would do it myself or have a modified browser, but I'm not there yet with the coding, I do have a Web Dev degree and working on a software, so I can understand technical stuff if thrown in this converstation, as well, if need be.
