Does Active Directory Sync support Collections? Collections are Locked as "OFF"

So Does Active Directory Sync support Collections? I have it working fine for Settings and Favorites. I have blocked passwords, extensions and Addresses. History and Open Tabs are TBD but Collect...

I have the same problem with the following setting

BrowserSignin 2
ConfigureOnPremisesAccountAutoSignIn 1
ForceSync 1
RoamingProfileSupportEnabled 1
SyncDisabled 1

Setting someting in

"Configure the list of types that are excluded from synchronization" does not change anything
