This has been fixed in Beta 136.0.3240.14 - still no update in Dev channel, though

Still not fixed in the latest Dev release... also now in Beta. Will this actually make its way to stable channel??? Who is even doing QA lol

137.0.3252.0 seems to have fixed it.
Happening with any type of menu (right click, ..., download), very annoying!!
It's fixed on build .3252.
This is happening on the latest Dev build as well, 136.0.3240.4
I just got this on build .3250.
Seems to be right click menu related.
Is there a flag to shut it off, very annoying.
