I gave up and went back to using firefox on all of my devices and just using the Microsoft account sync that is now embedded into firefox. works great and i never have any issues anymore.
What is going on with Bing and outlook. Changed the language to one i cannot understand - looks like Dutch, changed my key board. Spent hours trying to work it out. I use Outlook so are reliant on Microsoft.
