Just found out on the latest edge Canary build that came out today that you can right-click and pin tabs as (I think) the alternative to set aside tabs. I've tested it out and it works. may not be finished yet but It's getting better. (Also I think they are using the pinned icon too much)
- To pin tabs is already long time in the Stable channel, the same feature was available in old Edge. It is nothing new.
