I am replying in favor of 'tabs set aside', they are particularly useful for long bunch of tabs that are set aside for later review. It is not recommended that edge opens with all previous tabs, rather they can set those aside (or have an option to) once edge is closed with all tabs. Without set aside tabs, i am currently in disarray for the set of things i was supposed to do. please do bring the feature back. thank you Elliot Kirk

Again, making the set-aside tabs nonvolatile, in that they survive closing and reopening the browser.
