Disabling scrolling personality not working on beta 105.0.1343.7

May have happened previously, but really just started noticing in the last day or two. When using touchpad on my Surface Book to scroll down a web page the page will slightly move left or right if i do not scroll perfectly straight down. Disabling scrolling personality in flags used to stop this behavior but seems to no longer work.
