DeveloperToolsAvailabilty policy set to 0 or 1 for selenium automation

Hello,

I need to execute all my scripts in Microsoft Edge Chromium browser and is not able to start browser.

On detailed study i can see that for automating Edge Chromium, need to set the developertoolsavailability policy to 0 or 1.

Please help me to fix this issue.
