Dev Version 86.0.587.0 issues

After receiving 86.0.587.0, websites show the "Cookie reminder" after each Edge restart, sometimes even after simply returning to the top domain of a website. 

Also, websites requiring a login lose the login information after a restart of EDGE, so that a fresh login is reqired. 

I work with "don't save passwords" but with bitwarden. Has worked like a charm until the new release 86.0.587.0, login was carried over restarts, cookie reminder popup did not show all the time, only after deleting cookies manually. 

Attached a snippet of a website continuously repeating the cookie alert message (avherald.com). 

Pages losing login information are e.g. "tagesanzeiger.ch" or "blick.ch".
