Dev Flags
Have they disabled flags in Dev? This is what my screen looks like in flags for Dev....
Version 116.0.1938.23 (Official build) dev (64-bit)

- Same issue for about 2 weeks or so. Now also noticed that settings page won't render if trying to type something in settings search box.
- same problem i thought i was the only one having this when i couldn't find a solution on google.

Thanks for reporting this! The feature team is aware of the flags page rendering issue in Dev. A fix should be pushed soon.
