Dev channel update to 97.0.1060.2 is live
josh_bodner For me, it's not auto popping up in the address bar or offering to translate automatically as it does in the production version of Edge.
Here is a snippet of the area where it would appear and no translation icon in dev (I don't have canary loaded):

It does appear to work in dev from the right-click context menu, however. And when I do that the icon reappears in the address bar.
Maybe someone else can try and make sure it's not just me.

The button and the automatic translation dialogue drops back down now, so that's fixed yes! However, for me anyhow, it doesn't actually do anything. The dialogue box just keeps looping back to display and the page itself is never decoded or translated. This also broke right click and translate from the menu as well. So it's better in the sense that the pop up reappears, but it's worse in the sense that all translate initiation is now broken. Still works in the production release.
Here is another site that doesn't work in dev or in production builds.
