Dev channel update to 97.0.1060.2 is live

Is it just the address bar popup that's not appearing, or is translate not working at all? Can you get it to translate via the right-click menu?
josh_bodner For me, it's not auto popping up in the address bar or offering to translate automatically as it does in the production version of Edge.
Here is a snippet of the area where it would appear and no translation icon in dev (I don't have canary loaded):

It does appear to work in dev from the right-click context menu, however. And when I do that the icon reappears in the address bar.
Maybe someone else can try and make sure it's not just me.
