SGray1217 this should have been fixed with the update to 1020, so if it's not, then it must be a different issue. Can you confirm you're on 1020?
Success! I installed it via the terminal again and it opened right up. It appears that the .deb package was refusing to upgrade, I checked and the last time it was updated was September 13th. I'l llet you know if its up and running properly on Unity as well.
