Dev channel update to 95.0.1000.0 is live

Just a quick note to say that the long-standing bug where a file-open dialogue would freeze, and require the whole browser to be killed with task manager appears to have been fixed in the last release, and is still working in this one.
I had reported it many times in feedback, either in the browser or in the feedback hub, and am delighted it is gone, and surprised I have never seen it mentioned in the releases
