Dev channel update to 92.0.884.2 is live

This update has broken the new tab page for me across all devices (multiple x64 and ARM64). It loads some of the news content (UK) and then dies with a stack overflow error. It's impossible to turn of the news content because you need the page to load before you can change its settings..

paradyne we made a fix for the new tab page crashing in a recent Canary, so that fix should make its way to next week's Dev.
