Dev channel update to 91.0.825.0 is live

You know, I really wish you'd make installers for older versions available. That short period AFTER the new download UI but BEFORE the addition of the Extensions button with removal of the extended toolbar area at the top of the More menu ... Edge was, for the first and only time since I started testing Dev and Canary back in 2019, quite usable. If I could reinstall a version from that period I might spend some time browsing with it. But you've totally wrecked the usability with the loss of the toolbar extension area.
