When using vertical tabs in a fullscreen mode (f11) tabs become horizontal again.
I had this question regarding edge on My mac, and I asked so many times in the feedback. The chats that someone from Microsoft Edge told me that they are not implementing vertical tabs in full-screen mode as of right now, which is a bummer for people like me who use Microsoft Edge on the mac because Apple Has a button to make the web page full screen not like with Windows has which I why at first I was very annoyed. I hope they eventually bring vertical tabs to the Fullscreen that you can turn on or off. I think that I heard clearly when they responded that I heavily wanted it.
