Dev channel update to 88.0.702.0 is live
How can we know the default value of these, without guessing or trial & error?
the scrolling flags usually have little effect that are hard to notice, without knowing their default value, it's even harder to know where and how to look for changes.
of course there are other flags too that need to have their default values specified. simply saying "default" is useless.
HotCakeX we've got this on our backlog, but of course the more feedback you can round up from people asking for this, the higher we'll be able to prioritize it!

Well, I can make a post in the forum and ask people to send feedback about flags' default value, but I'm sure you've already received feedback about this in the past year from me and others.
There is a comment I made somewhere in an old thread about the same thing; it has ~50 likes.
