josh_bodner So what's the point of vertical tabs? When I first saw them I was excited because using a web browser on the bottom screen of an Asus Zenbook duo can be a little challenging with the lack of vertical space. I saw that and was like "wow, I can save some vertical real estate with this" except. All it does is take up horizontal space without removing any from the top.
If I can make a request can you make it so the url bar can merge with the windows bar if toggled during vertical tabs mode? It'd be much more useful then.
Ebsolas Personally, one of the biggest draws for me is easier tab management. I always use the vertical tab pane expanded/pinned, so I can see much more of the tab titles than I do when they're horizontal. Of course, I also use enough tabs that they would be super squished in horizontal mode and impossible to click. Now, not only is the click target much bigger, I also find drag and drop operations easier to use when doing up-down motions instead of left-right motions with the mouse.
