Dev channel update to 88.0.680.1 is live

josh_bodner this version so much slower to load webpages compared 86.0.622.58. there's at least 3-5 seconds difference when testing side by side.
Edit: turning off "Automatically detect settings" in Windows 10's Proxy settings fixed the long load time. When using 86.0.622.58, I don't have to turn this setting off.
xyzxyzxyz if this starts happening again, can you file feedback while you're in that state? That will get us useful logs from your machine.
