josh_bodner favourites flyout appears a long way from the right side of the window (still does) and covers far more content than it needs to.
Reported a number of times with screenshots and recordings and each time i get an email telling me it is fixed - it still isn't fixed
todays screenshot (window is full screen)

martmcd What's the issue they're saying is fixed? It's possible our feedback categorization is putting your reports into the wrong bucket, since it sounds like what you're reporting is a suggestion (that the menu's default size and placement should be different) instead of a bug.

josh_bodner exactly the ISSUE shown in the screenshot above.
are you saying this is intentional that that the favourites flyout is in the middle of the window?
why? for what purpose?
as the settings & more menu now closes when you click on favourites, favourites should take the place of the closed menu.
suggestion or bug, each time i send feedback on it, i get an email telling me it is fixed - is that thier way of saying "yeh, we know, that's what we want"?

I think you'll find that the dropdown is aligned infotip-wise so that its top right-hand corner is (within a pixel or two) at the bottom right-hand corner of the favourites-list icon's container.
If you (right-click >) hide the feedback and collections buttons from the toolbar, the favourites list will drop down further over to the right.
