Does the improved reliability for sync with work and school accounts actually mean this issue is fixed for work and school accounts or do we need to still purchase Azure P1 to get sync to work? Free Microsoft accounts sync works! So this is totally unfair for customers already paying for work and school accounts to expected to purchase extra Azure services
