Thanks! This fixed it for me, however I did some more, to make it work:
Note that only Limit and Allow was visible for me, no Block option.
- I confirmed the issue mentioned above was still active in current window
- I navigated to the autoplay media setting and confirmed it was set to Limit
- I tested for the issue again by opening the feedback tool, but the screenshot was still black (current window)
- I went back into settings and changed from Limit to allow
- The screenshot was now included in the tool (new window)
- I changed setting back to Limit and tested again, now the screenshot was included when the setting of autoplay media was set to Limit, as expected. (new window)
As you can see, my test scenario was in a current window to begin with, which could be the reason, but I included it for full transparency of all the steps I went through to make it work 🙂
