Dev channel update to 83.0.461.1 is live

It's temporary, probably in the next update a week later it will be gone.
on Version 83.0.467.0 it's gone which is Canary channel.
Canary channel has newer version and once Dev reaches the same or later version it will get the same features/changes.
related discussions:
you can temporary upgrade to Canary or degrade to Beta channel until next Dev update.
you could also install 3rd party themes to change it.
