josh_bodner  Related to my post above:  On touch screen (Surface Pro 4 and Surface Pro 7), tap and hold on title bar does not show context menu.  Tap and hold on a tab still works fine.

    This reminds me (and this isn't just Edge), but why does the title bar context menu still look like something from Windows 98?
